Activists in Portland are now bridge blocking an icebreaker from Shell that is heading to the Arctic region by rappelling down underneath the bridge. Greenpeace has started a petition to stop Shell from drilling for oil in the Arctic the next coming days. More than 380 000 people have signed it, calling Obama to stop Shell's expansive Arctic plans.
